Where are you holding on to a limited image of self?
Where you are rationalizing yourself into a “smaller” goal or a more “doable” goal is where you have some expansion in consciousness to achieve. It’s when you’re holding on to a limited image of yourself that you start rationalizing and talking yourself into more comfortable goals and intentions.
Your reality has already shifted. Bring yourself to unequivocally know this. It’s really not possible for your reality to not shift, to not alter, to not transform. All around you and within you packets, clusters, and patterns of information are organizing and reorganizing moment after moment. Bonds are forming and bonds are dissolving. New forms are emerging and old forms are dissolving.
Imagine for a moment that you have an energetic emotional profile, an energetically displayed one that is much like your social media account with its own newsfeed and notifications. What you feel moment after moment usually rests within a range of emotions that are broadcasted in your energetic newsfeed day in and day out. Every day, every few minutes more accurately, you’re making an energetic post and notifying your environment (and the universe) about who you are through your emotional states.
How can you transition between different reality frameworks? How do you know you've moved from 3D reality to 5D reality? What can you do to ensure you fully emerge onto a new reality platform?
Do you consider an emotion to be a cultural construct or as a given hardwired aspect of your physiology? Do you see emotions as providing a picture of objective reality?
