The un-lovability schema or meme isn’t the only projection that can become an organizing principle in your waking experience. Another distortion that can arise and get integrated during your development is the one that says you are unsupported. Whether you learned or absorbed this construct from others around you or came to that conclusion yourself, some version of “I am unsupported” plants itself in your psyche and you go through your experiences with this undercurrent of “my” work, career, creativity, passion, relationship, business and the like “can’t support me”.
Getting emotionally triggered, experiencing discomfort, getting your button pushed is probably one of the best things to happen to you on your journey of self-evolution. Why is being triggered, having your button pushed, or becoming emotionally uncomfortable the best thing to happen to you?
There is nothing to fix. Wherever a problem is perceived or being perceived, is where the physical mind or ego-self is hard at work projecting a reality of problems and veiling the reality of simultaneous solutions.

It's a really great pointer to the possibilities and impact of expanding consciousness to greater perspectives.
For most people, a habituated program of insecurity, a current of fear, distrust and anxiousness often runs a subdued dialogue in the background of awareness. This dialogue is uncertain about the future, unsure and mistrusting of what appears to be showing up in the moment, focused on how things are wrong or people are wrong, and questions the moment with a perpetual sense of un-ease. The theme being that: something is wrong and if it isn’t wrong right now it’s going to go wrong later.
