Part of being an effective deliberate creator is daily self-regulation.
You have to exercise cognitive self-control everyday to ensure that you are directing your mind and mental focus, your thought activity and attention. Most meditators quickly begin to understand what the unregulated mind is capable of. If unchecked and unregulated, a natural outcome of being exposed to external stimuli is background mental chatter that isn't necessarily supportive of your empowerment and fulfilment.
Notice the types of thoughts you have going on right now.
Are they affirming your capacity, your value, your worth, your magnificence? Are they affirming positive possibilities? Are you expecting flow, support, and things working out for you?
If you're not, that internal experience is a function of the thoughts you've been having.
It is only by directing your mind toward thoughts of possibility that you change the tone and magnetism of your personal bio-field.
You can change the tones you’re generating and broadcasting right here and now. The only place you can redirect your mind, attention, and focus is in this moment right and here now. You can shift the current of your thinking right here and now, with some deliberate focus and attention.
A 3-minute gratitude practice will get you there.
A 3-minute releasing exercise like this one I've linked here will also get you there.
There is no other place or time to do it.
Never delay in using your power to regulate yourself toward the states of being that support your health, your well-being, and your fulfillment.
