![]() Inevitably life will give you as many opportunities as you need to step into the question of “what do I choose my vibration to be here?” No matter the situation, no matter the relationship, no matter the event, it’s an opportunity for you to take full conscious ownership of what you’re resonating with and what you’re radiating outward.
Are you resonating with and radiating outward frequencies that match the quality of moments you desire to live?
The first thing there is for you to notice and observe in any interaction, in any moment, is your own internal response to that moment. Whatever the instantaneous reaction you have, whatever the seemingly lightening-fast sense you have about something or someone, you must look at and examine directly. This is the basis of your in-the moment energetic emission and what tells you the level of connectedness to universal power you’re allowing in a given instant. When you’re in your full power, when you’re in full connection to the flow of universal intelligence and awake to it, you know down deep to your bones that you are powerful, that you have influence, that you have impact, that you matter, that you are bigger than anything that may be appearing. You are imperturbable, unmoveable, stable, and in a state of equilibrium. This innate ability to be immovable, your ability to be untouched by external stimuli comes from you again and again moving into the awareness of your seat of power. Your seat of power is your authority over your own interior space or internal environment. You are the author of your thoughts and you are the author of your feelings. You are the owner of your psyche and emotionality. It is not a person, an event, or a situation that is making you feel something, it is always the thoughts you are putting in front of yourself in response to whatever is arising that is generating what you’re feeling. As you think, you feel, and as you feel you emit and extend your energetic and physiological reactions. It isn’t that person that is causing you to feel what you are feeling, it is your own thoughts about that person. It is your own psyche, the terrains of your own interior, that you are reacting to. It isn’t that situation that is causing you to feel what you are feeling, it is your own thoughts about that situation. It isn’t that event that is causing you to feel what you are feeling, it is your own thoughts about that event. Your almost instantaneous psychological activities are constantly mediating your perception of your world and reflecting themselves physically in your emotions. Being empowered isn’t about having power over external things or other people. Being empowered isn’t about controlling your environment or controlling the people around you. Being empowered comes solely from your taking full ownership of your internal environment. As you take control of your own perspective, as you awaken to and take control of your thought-generation and meaning-making abilities in every moment, you take control of how you make use of the power that is continuously flowing forth through you, within you, and around you. Nothing, no event, no situation, no person matters more than your ability to be aware of what thoughts you’re putting in front of yourself moment after moment. You have to be willing to ask yourself “what am I making this mean” when you find yourself having some reaction. You have to be willing to question your own responses. “What meaning am I generating right now? What pattern of thinking am I putting in front of myself here? What mindset am I activating as I look at this? What story am I activating and rehearsing here in response to this appearance? What am I saying is happening right now?” Examine first and always first the terrains of your own psyche. Instead of letting any reactive feeling settle in your being and rest in the assumption that that person, that event, or that situation is affecting you in a certain way, turn your attention back on yourself and first look at the meanings you’ve generated, the narrative you’ve quietly and subtly brought to life and accepted to be the truth of the moment at hand. If you are feeling hopeless about a situation it is because of the story you are telling. If you are feeling optimistic about an event it is because of the story you are telling. What you feel is always about the patterns of thinking you’re generating, activating, and reactivating within yourself. Each moment is a moment of choice, a moment that asks you to live wakefully instead of unconsciously, to live from your power instead of from your learned and memorized habits. There is no excuse for living unconsciously, for living from reactive states. Never let yourself off the hook for going and remaining unconscious in any aspect of your life and make it your moment to moment choice to stay awake, to stay in your power, to transcend the trance of disempowering programs. Take the reins of your own psyche, of your ability to internally generate images, sensations, and sounds. The effort of remaining in your wakefulness and in your full consciousness is always rewarded by the level of connectedness and power you gain access to.
