![]() Can you observe your world without judgement, without fragmentation, without condition? All that you can modify, manage, and direct is your own personal vibration, your own internal “stuff”. Focusing on your interpretation of someone else’s “stuff”, someone else’s behavior or choice of being from a place of wanting to modify, manage, or direct only works to throw you off of your center. That’s how it works and that is how it has always worked. Anytime you want to fix or change something “over there” you find yourself feeling disconnected, feeling like you’re hitting your head up against a wall, or feeling overwhelmed by the flood of thoughts your mind presents you with on how to fix this situation or this someone’s behavior that is nowhere within your control. This is where mindfulness over the contents of your mind will help you control, manage, and direct the flow and content of your own focus. Through mindfulness, through attentiveness to your own inner orientation, you can move yourself into a state of neutral or unconditional observer-ship. When you can look at someone through the eyes of unconditional love, when you can look at those in your reality from a place of knowing that where they appear to be to you and how they appear to be choosing whatever they are choosing, is Love no matter what your mind wants to make of it, you stay in true resonance with what your inner Light knows. Alignment is about you and you alone. Alignment or being attuned to your Highest Truth is only about you and with what eyes you are choosing to look at the something’s or someone’s in your reality. You won’t find yourself feeling balanced, connected, and centered when you are making space in your mind for how others should or should not express and be. It is a scattering of your focus to step into judgment, to create conditions in yourself that dictate what others ought to be doing and how they ought to be behaving. The mind thinks it knows what’s best, but the truth is the mind doesn’t know anything. The everyday mind is not the director or orchestrator of this great world. It is not your everyday mind that birthed this platform into being, that brought all the someone’s in your experience into form. And so you have to surrender the illusion of knowing what’s best for the someone’s in your experience. You have to surrender the illusion of control, of having authority over how other’s show up in your experience. Where you have power is in how you show up. Where you have unlimited control is in the ways of your own being, your own thoughts, your speech, your chosen perceptions and interpretations about the things and people in your life. Where you have power is in your ability to be unconditional. All of the observations you make about others in your reality through your everyday mind, if they are observations that are seeing something other than the perfection of whatever is arising, you are stepping into conditional perception – you are stepping into the judgmental fragmenting realm of the mind. And that's useful to a very limited extent. The mind does not know anything about what journey every being in this world must take. The mind does not know how what is showing up in your world is here to serve you and what it is here to remind you of. All of these things are known by the deeper Intelligence at work in all things. And so there needs to be a constant surrendering to this Intelligence – instead of assuming you know, you surrender and ask for the deeper meaning to be revealed to you. Instead of stepping into judgment, separation, and resistance, you ask yourself: how else can I see this? You are never in conflict with what’s arising. You are only in conflict with your interpretation of what is arising. How you are interpreting and what meaning you are assigning to whatever presents itself in your world is all that you are interacting with moment after moment. So when you are focused on remaining connected and open to the flow of Love in your experience, your work becomes less about those appearances “out there” and more about how you are choosing to interpret and what you are allowing these appearances to mean. Can you let go of the meaning, the judgments you are putting on the people and situations in your experience? Can you allow yourself to surrender your conditions to a greater Intelligence? Can you invite yourself to view all of what arises in your waking world through the eyes of unconditional love? Can you relax into the knowing that life knows what it is doing with every moment that forms itself before your eyes? Can you ask a higher Knowing to direct you into what you need to discover in the moment? Being an unconditional observer of your world means stepping out the mind over and over again, relinquishing the judgments, the criticisms, the condemning, to make room in yourself for a greater choice of Seeing. One that sees the divinity of all that is here now just as it is. One that recognizes the perfection of what’s appearing just as it is. One that embodies the full meaning of being unconditional in every way. Be willing to ask yourself: can I allow myself to be unconditional with myself and with those in my view? Related Posts
