For everything showing up meaningfully in your reality, taking full ownership of how it’s you who is making it matter moment after moment is a key part of stepping into your full power. It’s you who makes something matter when you think about it, talk about it, replay it in your mind over and over, and bring it up at every opportunity. You are the meaning maker. What you give attention to, what you focus on, what you create individual and shared awareness around is what becomes a meaningful experience in your reality. If it’s meaningful, it’s because you’ve made it that way.
Imagine for a moment that you are a holographic projector, that your neurology and energy field work cohesively together to bring about a three-dimensional hologram that you find yourself participating in moment after moment. You call this your life, your moment, your experience of being human. Now in those areas of your life where you are experiencing flow, you are able to align neurology and energy field (mind, heart, and will) so that you are seamlessly playing a life movie of flow, of one thing working out after the next. Everything about your moment’s flow where one piece or life scene after another effortlessly falls into place.
The key to moving yourself into experiential understanding of your power to be, do, and have what you’ve intended is practice. With any practice you are doing, to achieve a change of some kind (e.g. a change in behavior, a change in energy, a change in what you repeatedly experience) consistency and repetition is a must for a period of time. Deliberate creation, conscious creation, the ability to intentionally and co-creatively bring about desired outcomes, is a skill you cultivate like any other, and like any other skill it requires that you practice and refine your process as you learn more about how you do you, how you do your reality, and how you can do both of those more optimally, consciously, intentionally, effectively.
Resistance during the process of deliberate creation comes in many forms, a common form of which is the anticipation of rejection from your environment. To continually project a negative environment out before you and then live and express your moments in relationship to that projection is to continually expect rejection to be what meets you at every turn. A negative environment is one in which you anticipate denial of your desires, wants, and/or needs from the world. The root of it is a premise that says your environment, the world, the universe cannot or will not give you your desire, cannot or will not meet your needs, cannot or will not fulfill your wants, cannot or will not support you in the ways you desire to be supported. In short, it is a belief in an unresponsive Universe.
Your indoctrination into earth life, into embodied experience may make it feel like at times that other people can create in your reality, that their decisions, their behaviors, their thoughts and feelings about you can determine what you do and don’t experience. Such a belief then makes you behave in ways where you are continually trying to assess and influence what others think, feel, and do where you’re concerned.
