Imagine for a moment that you have an energetic emotional profile, an energetically displayed one that is much like your social media account with its own newsfeed and notifications. What you feel moment after moment usually rests within a range of emotions that are broadcasted in your energetic newsfeed day in and day out. Every day, every few minutes more accurately, you’re making an energetic post and notifying your environment (and the universe) about who you are through your emotional states.
Ever have that one or two friends who always post the same kind of stuff in their social media channel? That’s a tangible demonstration of what an emotional profile looks like – regardless of the topic, regardless of the subject, whether it’s work or relationships or the big sale this weekend at that super center, the emotions expressed about that subject are predictably familiar.
When it comes to your power as a deliberate creator or a consciously self-evolving entity, applying attention to your emotional profile is a daily must. You have to ask yourself: what have I been feeling lately? What are the kinds of feelings I’ve been feeling today or the last few days? Where am I in relation to the range of emotions I choose to have as my go to feelings? How am I feeling about the narratives I’m telling about my life or the stories I’m silently telling about the events in my life? Where did I step out of my chosen frequency range? What do I need to release or integrate to step back into my chosen emotional profile?
If you haven’t already done so for yourself, first define the range of emotions you want to live in. Construct your desired or preferred emotional profile. Emotions indicate a particular quality or hue of frequency and energy flow. These magnetic waves of energy are a powerful part of your creative power, and their quality is what determines what you draw to yourself and what draws you toward it moment after moment.
What spectrum do you want to live in? Do you want to live in the spectrum of courage and acceptance? Do you want to live in the spectrum of pride and boastfulness? Each emotional spectrum is a unique range of frequencies. If you want to access and participate in realities that are in the <50Hz range, then you want to run the emotions of guilt, shame, humiliation, defeat, despair and the like. If you want to access and participate in realities that are resonating in the 125Hz range, then you want to run the emotions of frenzy, frustration, ruthlessness and the like. Once you’ve chosen your preferred emotional profile, you then must monitor if that is the profile you’re applying to every area of your life. If you’ve chosen to live your life from states of appreciativeness and excitement, then are you living those states in your health, relationships, finances, creativity, career or vocation, spirituality and whatever other domain of human experience you recognize to be a part of your reality?
Having defined your preferred emotional profile, realigning yourself and your energy centers to spin at that frequency range then becomes a matter of practice, focus, and attention. You can list your chosen emotions on paper or in a document (e.g. “I choose to feel loving, calm, connected, and empowered”) and keep it on hand to look at daily. You can paint something in colors that represent your chosen emotions and put it up somewhere where you will see it daily. You can have a list of go-to affirmations (e.g. “I am loving. I am calm. I am connected. I am empowered”) that you deliberately run yourself through to check that you and your energy centers are aligned and spinning as you’ve consciously chosen. You can use any quick set of tools, whether affirmations, visualizations, chanting and music or something else that works for you to bring yourself back into your chosen range of frequencies.
Realigning your energy means updating the entirety of your emotional/energetic profile.
Your emotional profile isn’t something that is static either. It is a dynamic container you can update and modify anytime to suit your evolutionary or deliberate creation goal. You can speed yourself up or slow yourself down by deliberately and intentionally anchoring yourself in specific frequency ranges – in specific spectrum's of emotional undertones. Momentum comes and carries because of what you feed into it. The key thing here is that you are indeed intentionally managing your energy and realigning yourself back into flow and expansiveness daily. That deliberate alignment and management of your energy is what will keep you flowing forward regardless of what does or does not show up in your world.
