How Coaching with Kidest Works

Kidest offers short and long term deliberate creation coaching to a small number of high-vibing clients who have already achieved a certain level of energetic coherence (e.g., calibrate above 200 on David Hawkins scale of consciousness). 

Short term Quick Shift coaching occurs by email.

Long-term Private Coaching occurs via recurring Zoom calls or video sessions.  ​​

Steps to Enrolling with Kidest

How it will work:

1. Read about who can work with Kidest carefully and in full.
   
2. If you meet the criteria, fill out the form for your chosen Coaching offer.
3. If coaching slots are available, within 24-48 hours (if not sooner) between Monday to Friday, you’ll receive an initial email from Kidest with a few questions.
4. If we determine Coaching is a great fit for you, we'll pick a start date.
5. You will receive the paperwork and paypal invoice.
6. Once paperwork and payment is received, you'll receive a welcome package and supporting material.
7. Coaching will begin on the start date and conclude on the end date.
   1. For Private Coaching:  You'll meet with Kidest via Zoom weekly or bi-weekly depending on your chosen coaching package. 
   2. For QuickShift eCoaching: You'll be able to correspond with Kidest as often as you need Monday to Friday for the duration of your coaching timeframe. 

Coaching Milestones:

There are three main milestones for our eCoaching:

1. Creation of an intention statement.  
2. Creation of a sustainable practice for rehearsing your new vision, your new vibration.
3. Clearing any resistance that comes up so you can sustain the new energy.
