​Remote Healing Agreement

This AGREEMENT, between Kidest at Infinite-Life.Com and the remote healing client will be as scheduled by client and will continue for the chosen number of session(s). The fee for the Remote Deep Chakra Energy Healing Session(s) is as posted on Infinite-Life.Com and is payable in advance.

By submitting the request form, you hereby represent and agree as follows:

• You agree to carefully and in full read both the healing page on infinite-life.com and this form, before and after the energy healing session.

• You confirm that you are over 18 years of age; or, you are the parent or legal guardian of the subject of the healing session.

• You understand that this energy healing session does not constitute a physician-patient session.

• You understand that energy healing is not a substitute for medical diagnoses, medical advice, or medical treatment from licensed professionals.

• You acknowledge by signing this form you are not pregnant, you are not experiencing a serious illness, you do not have active cancer, or you have not had a concussion in the last three (3) months.

• You acknowledge that chronic or long-term imbalances in the body may require multiple healing sessions to facilitate what’s needed by the body to heal itself.

• You understand that Kidest reserves the right to refuse to do a session or to end one at any time and will refund the client’s payment in full.

• You understand that Energy Healing is not currently reimbursable by insurance.

Policies & Procedures Overview

The following are some of the policies and procedures that apply to Remote Deep Chakra Healing sessions. Please read these policies and procedures carefully and in full.

 

Confidentiality:

All information shared for the purpose of your remote healing session will not be disclosed or shared without your permission. All personal information you share or disclose is strictly confidential.

Sessions

Remote Energy Healing sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in length. We will book a date/time for the session after sign-up. You will receive an email at the completion of the session. Please note that I am on the west coast in Canada, so the schedule timeframes and email communication will be based on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) hours.

 

Professional fees & payment

Fees are as posted on infinite-life.com. You will receive a prompt to make payment on the booking page. As a convenience to both of us, all payments are processed via STRIPE, which accepts all major credit cards. Payments must be received before the start of your Remote Deep Chakra Healing Session.

Cancellations

Scheduling of appointments involves the reservation of time specifically for you. Please allow a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. The full fee may be charged for missed appointments without such notification.

By submitting the request form and checking the agreement box, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and indicate full understanding and agreement with the information outlined above.
