Like in all other parts of a living system, energy and consciousness are what fuel and connect the heart, purpose, feel, form, and flow of an organization. The level of synergy and fluidity within all parts of the organization is directly correlated to the flow of consciousness and energy within that system.
The organizational body is the outermost tip of all that makes up the organization. The material expression, the expressed manifestation of the organization is only less than 1% of the whole picture. The remaining larger portion is the driving and vital force of that material expression. There is a science and a physics to the way energy and consciousness inform and out-form what shows up as all parts of the organization.
This unseen energetic body, or matrix of energy, of the organization is the link between the highest potential of the organization and the actual expression of the organization. It is this invisible energetic architecture that translates potential into the physical events and expressions that make up the organization.
When coherence in the energy and consciousness of an organization is absent, the conversion of potential to actual is disrupted. The energetic body of an organization is comprised of a variety of energies that inform and out-form different sectors of the organizational body at all levels. When this flow is disrupted, more time is spent by the organizational body in compensating for that disruption – this is where efficiency and fluidity are lost and where stagnation or plateau's are observed. What determines how well the parts of an organization work? Consciousness and energy.
