The expectation you unconsciously hold around "I can't get exactly what I want" or "I have to settle for less than what I want" or flat out "I can't always have what I want" is often rooted in the emotional learning you take on from the inconsistent or restricted giving of the “authority” figures in your early experience, your parents or caregivers, your early teachers, your family members and so on.
Often, when someone says "hey, if anything is possible then can I manifest [insert goal/desire here]?"
My first response is "I don't know, can you?"
Part of playing the deliberate creation game is fully owning your power to be, do, and have whatever it is you say you desire.
The un-lovability schema or meme isn’t the only projection that can become an organizing principle in your waking experience. Another distortion that can arise and get integrated during your development is the one that says you are unsupported. Whether you learned or absorbed this construct from others around you or came to that conclusion yourself, some version of “I am unsupported” plants itself in your psyche and you go through your experiences with this undercurrent of “my” work, career, creativity, passion, relationship, business and the like “can’t support me”.
How lovable do you feel in your life? How lovable do you feel in every moment of your waking experience? How desirable and important do you feel you are to others? For far too many people, a pervasive plaguing thought, feeling, and impression is that they are not lovable.
Your reality has already shifted. Bring yourself to unequivocally know this. It’s really not possible for your reality to not shift, to not alter, to not transform. All around you and within you packets, clusters, and patterns of information are organizing and reorganizing moment after moment. Bonds are forming and bonds are dissolving. New forms are emerging and old forms are dissolving.
