How do I download my audiobook purchase?

Click the link in the email you received after purchase. This will take you to the audiobook download page. Please note, audiobook downloads contain MP3 files that are in a zipped folder.

To download and unzip files on Windows:

Click download on the download page after purchase.

Save folder to a location on your computer.

Once the download is complete go to the saved location.

To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.

How do I get the audiobook if I can't find the order email?

Please check your junk or spam folder. You can also go to the following page to resend your order email: click here to have your order email resent to your inbox (make sure you use the same email you used to make the purchase).

You can also claim your customer account to access and download your purchases in the future by simply logging in to the customer account portal. To do this visit one of your download urls and follow the account link in the top right corner as normal. A unique link is then sent to your email which you follow to complete the setup. Once you've claimed your customer account, you can login at anytime to access and download your purchases.

How do I log in to my customer account?

To log in to your customer account, make sure you've first claimed and set up your account.
