Manifestation is about bringing your desires into reality through intention and co-creation with the Universe. By setting intentions, managing your vibration, using the manifestation methods that fit your belief system, and taking action, you co-create with Universal Intelligence to bring about the things you want.

You can use the process of manifesting to attract and manifest personal growth, health and well-being, career success, financial abundance, love and relationship success and so much more.

When you use manifestation, also called deliberate creation, you play an active role in creating the life you want. You stop waiting for things to happen and intentionally co-create the things you want to happen. Knowing that you can do that is a key part of developing your co-creator identity.

Universal laws or principles like the law of attraction exist in the Universe to guide and help physical experiences take shape and evolve over time. When you become a deliberate creator or a co-creator, an individual who uses manifestation skills, you begin to work with the principles of Universal Intelligence to influence what takes shape in your life.

I teach manifestation as a science. From what I've learned from about two decades of study, teaching, and practice, it's a repeatable and reproducible process you can use in your own life. The key components of manifesting anything you want are intention, co-creation, managing your vibration, and consistent action. Each of these components includes different cognitive and behavioral skills you develop and improve over time.

The Power of Thoughts and Beliefs in Manifestation

Mindsets shape how an individual perceives and responds to the world. A mindset is a collection of beliefs, attitudes, and assumptions that simplify complex worldviews and guide an individual's behavior. Mindsets influence how a person thinks, feels, and physiologically reacts to different situations.

Developing an empowered manifestation mindset can contribute to your manifestation success. Thoughts and beliefs are great vibrational indicators. When you approach your manifestation adventures from empowered beliefs and habits of thinking, empowered beliefs about yourself, others, the manifestation process, and the Universe, you naturally move toward positive experiences. You are also more likely to attract positive and fulfilling opportunities, relationships, and experiences toward you.

You can develop an empowered manifestation mindset through tools like structured and self-reflective journaling, which helps you uncover your thoughts and beliefs during your manifestation journey. The more you're aware of which internalized beliefs support your manifestation success and which do not, the more you can do the work of self-transformation to release the beliefs that don't serve you and attract or welcome the beliefs and patterns of thinking that do.

The neuroplasticity of the brain means that mindsets can be changed. As neural networks can grow and reorganize throughout your lifetime, you can use learning, cognitive, and behavioral tools like journaling, mindfulness, and self-regulation practices to develop and improve your manifestation mindset. By continuing to develop your beliefs and attitudes about manifestation and the manifestation process, as well as adopting a willingness to learn during each of your manifestation adventures, you can internalize the kind of manifestation mindset that supports your success.

Managing Your Emotions and Managing Your Vibration

The physical Universe has vibrational characteristics. In the same way that you are both a physical individual and a "broadcaster" of vibrational signals, the Universe that you're within can be said to behave in a similar fashion. Things in the Universe, whether they are events in space-time or objects, emit frequencies or carry certain vibrational characteristics.

While you don't have to know the ins and outs of quantum physics, having a general understanding or concept of the Universe as having both physical characteristics and vibrational characteristics can help you understand why having a positive vibration can mean that you can attract positive experiences and experience manifestation success.

What is a positive vibration? Vibration and emotion speak to different dimensions of energy. In deliberate creation, you'll learn the importance of managing your emotions and cultivating the habit of feeling good. Tools like the emotional guidance scale or other scales and maps of emotions help you manage and regulate your emotions. By regulating and managing your emotions you learn to "broadcast" empowered signals during the course of your specific manifestation journeys.

The value of learning emotion regulation and increasing your experience of positive emotions is manifold. Research has shown that positive emotions like love, gratitude, and hope broaden the scope of your attention and cognition and contribute to the development of lasting psychological, social, and intellectual resources. Behavioral scientists have repeatedly demonstrated that positive emotion boosts resilience and overall psychological well-being, improves physical health, supports creative thinking and creative problem-solving, and has a lasting beneficial effect on personal and relational well-being. Managing your emotions and managing your vibration contribute to both your personal well-being and your manifestation success.

Taking Action to Manifest Anything You Want

Taking inspired and meaningful action is an essential part of the manifestation process. You have to act. Taking steps toward your success means daily prioritizing the intentions that are important to you and consistently completing specific action steps that lead to manifestation. You have to "walk the path," or "move your feet," so to speak.

The more intention you bring into that activity, the more you can make the steps you take aligned with your vision and intention.
